The landlord accepts and payment is made

Dormitory is perfectly communicated with other areas of Warsaw Śródmieście and the rest of the districts. Excellent connection with the Center of the City, the Old Town and access to the Vistula Boulevards, where the nightlife takes place, are not the only amenities. Solec is also an district with one of the largest green areas among all central districts in Warsaw. We can find here many parks and recreational places prepared for the residents of this part of Warsaw.

The nearest bus stop is 160 meters away, and the nearest tram stop is only 350 meters away. Many faculties of the University of Warsaw located in the Old Town can be reached by bus in just 15 minutes, and the University Library is only 10 minutes away by public transport from the dormitory. The faculties of the Warsaw University of Technology are located less than 30 minutes away by public transport.

The new student house will be housed in two interconnected buildings, which have 8 and 12 floors respectively, with a total area of 5,239 sqm. This translates into 149 rooms with as many as 214 beds. Some in premium suites.
