The remaining 3 bedrooms are single rooms, so maximum 5 people may live in that flat. All tenants in this apartment are nice and kind girls.
The place is in a sunny double room with two single beds, two desks, chairs, wardrobes, and shelves (the room is prepared for two people). It is in a building surrounded by a garden, close to Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. The apartment is clean, well maintained and fully furnished. Right now only girls live in the remaining 3 single rooms of that flat and that is why we invite girls also to this room. This room has a garden view and it is near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw.
The apartment has four rooms, tenants may use a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), shower, and comfortable shelves for everybody + there is a separate shower + separate toilet.
Kitchen is fully fitted, modern , with all necessary appliances ( oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc.).
Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. There is an extra door between rooms and kitchen to ensure your good sleep.
Apartment is located on a first floor (so one floor above the ground floor) with a lovely garden view from each rooms' windows.
You will be living with friendly and easy going people - young student/professionals (20-30 y.o.), this is a girls-only flat.
Prime location: Warsaw Upper Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Puławska street, close to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów, and office centre in Domaniewska street, wittily called Mordor.
Only 3 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 9 minutes with Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to Galeria Mokotów.
Excellent public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, for instance Vistula, SGH, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Lazarski University, SGGW, Warsaw University. There is also a direct tram No 18 to Kozminski University, There are several parks nearby with weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday from spring to autumn in the park just two minutes walk from the building where people enjoy delicious food from numerous foodtrucks and meet friends .
