The studio is furnished, with private bathroom and kitchen annex equipped with cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, and basic utensils, like plates, cuttlery, pot, frying pan. Equipped with foldable sofa bed, table with 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 big wardrobes. It takes only 25 minutes to get to the Center by public transport but you live close to a forest, places to ride a bike, exercise outdoors - with polite neighbors in this all privately owned, well maintained building. We have an elevator, laundry room with laundry machines, parking for cars and bicycles. You can rent here a parking place, or a storage room. You can relax in the buildings garden.
