The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

This clean, charming and glossy room is available. This room is available for a short or long-term staying in this shared apartment.

The Space:
Down the foyer hallway you’ll find a quaint newly renovated kitchen with cabinets painted in a muted blue tone which seemingly coordinates with the sofa in the adjacent room. Two three legged mid-century chairs tucked under a perfectly sized walnut bistro table sits directly outside of the kitchen area and shares space with the living room.

The home features five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which all have been meticulously designed to be both highly aesthetically pleasing but also functional. The off-white walls mixed with the contrasted black moldings with gold and navy blue decor are carried throughout creating a cohesive mileu.

A ten-minute walk from the front door of the building will get you to the train station at the corner of 14th Nowthwest Street and Irving Northwest Street for the M train on the Columbia Heights Line. This apartment is a smoke-free unit that includes paid WiFi.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours.
We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting you!
