The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The best part of living here is feeling like the whole world is within walking distance. The White House and the National Mall are a short trip south down Connecticut Avenue. The George Washington University is also a quick walk away. This list could go on and on. Countless local restaurants and cafes will be all around, and you can enjoy nightlife at spots like DC Comedy Loft and Bier Baron Tavern.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours.
We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting you!
