The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

Quiet little apartment for two people with free parking and small garden with a stone BBQ and terrace included. There are two single beds and a kitchen and a bathroom.

It takes around 40-45 mins to get to city center by public transport. The bus station is 100m away. By car it takes around 25 mins (depends on traffic).

The living room
The apartment is a studio with two single beds. There is a kitchen with everything you need and a small table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a beautiful garden with a terrace, seating and stone grill included.

Access for guests
The apartment is in a building with 5-7 similar units, which are also rented to short-term guests and can be reached via a hallway. All doors can be locked.

There will be free change of sheets and cleaning every 2 weeks. Only final cleaning costs 45 Euro
