Apartment description

This fully furnished 2,5-room apartment in Vienna's 16th district (Ottakring) was completely
renovated in 2024 and is ready to move into. Unpack your suitcase and you have arrived: dishes, bed
linen and towels are already there, and electricity, heating and internet are running — you don't
need to set up anything.

The roughly 55 m² comprise a living room and a separate bedroom, plus a **separate internal storage
room** that works well as a walk-in closet or additional work area, along with hallway, kitchen,
bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat is on the 4th floor with elevator, facing east towards
the courtyard, which means morning sun, no street noise and a view of the trees in the inner
courtyard. Mildeplatz with its green square is right in front of the building.

The 2024 renovation was a full one: continuous vinyl flooring without steps, all doors and frames
new, the entire electrical system replaced. The new kitchen offers an induction hob, fan oven,
extractor hood, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a bathtub with rain shower and shower screen, **your own washing
machine inside the flat**, an illuminated mirror cabinet and an electric towel warmer — no trips to a
shared laundry room. Heating is provided by modern electric wall convectors with individual weekly
timers, so you can control each room separately; hot water comes from two dedicated boilers.

Ottakring combines down-to-earth Viennese neighbourhood life with excellent connections: the U3 metro
station Ottakring is about a 6-minute walk away, several tram lines stop even closer, and the city
centre is roughly 20 minutes away. Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz with their markets and restaurants are
a short stroll away, and Wilhelminenberg and Schwarzenbergpark offer longer walks. Mildeplatz with its
green square is directly in front of the building.
