We are offering our 54 m² 2-room flat (living room, bedroom), which is very bright and quiet, in a classic Viennese turn-of-the-century building, furnished with vintage furniture from the mid-20th century.

The flat features a south-facing courtyard balcony (6 m²) overlooking the garden (perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening) and is well suited to visiting academics, researchers or a working couple looking for a comfortable and peaceful base during an academic stay in Vienna.

It is fully furnished and well-equipped for medium-term stays, including kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a washing machine with dryer, and everyday essentials.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a bath as well as practical storage space. The flat is on the third floor and is accessible by lift.

The neighbourhood
The flat is situated in the Kaisermühlen district, not far from Schüttauplatz, in a quiet residential area with good access to green spaces and local recreational areas. The area is known for its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere and is considered one of Vienna’s quieter and safer residential neighbourhoods. The nearby Schüttauplatz offers everything you need for daily life – all within a three-minute walk: supermarkets such as SPAR, BILLA and Hofer, DM and BIPA, a post office, a bank and bakeries such as ‘Ströck'
