The apartment is located in the DC Residential new building (completed in 2022) directly on the new Danube, just above the famous CopaBeach with direct water view from your own balcony or couch. A special house exit leads you directly to the standing water where you can swim or paddle with the SUP. The subway station U1 „Donauinsel" is within walking distance of 3 minutes. A little further south is the wakeboard facility "Wake-Up", the Vienna City Beach (about 10 minutes by bike) or even closer the "Pirate Bay" - a 200m sandy beach with 3.500m2 area.
The apartment is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring, flat screen TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, towels and a bed linen.
The total rent already includes the costs for internet (WLAN), internet TV (subscriptions of Netflix & Disney+ included), electricity, floor heating, air conditioning (only in summer), hot & cold water, incl. bed linen. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, dishwasher, pans, cutlery, glasses, dishes, dish towels, and much more for free use.
Great emphasis is placed on the "feel-good factor" - this means on the one hand good beds with excellent mattresses to guarantee a good night's sleep, on the other hand cleanliness and the general condition of this object are flagship.
The rent is an all-inclusive rent (1.790,- EUR) in which all operating and service charges are included. A bicycle storage space is used jointly. In the basement compartment is also some storage space for eg travel suitcases or seating chairs (2 chairs are already on the balcony, 2 more are in the basement compartment for free use). Only for the final cleaning when moving out a flat fee is charged. On request, a periodic cleaning service of the apartment is possible (for a fee). If you are traveling by car, there is the possibility to rent a parking space in the adjacent building (Ares Tower) for about 140 euros per month.
