The landlord accepts and payment is made

Hello, we are looking for a student who would like to rent this beautiful and fully furnished room from November 2026 onwards. It is in a shared student apartement in the 16th district, in Menzelgasse. There are 5 bedrooms in total, at the moment 1 female and 3 male students live there. The U6 stop Thaliastraße and the 46 tram station Brunnengasse are just 1 walking minute away. You will also find a lot of shops, restaurants and the Brunnenmarkt close by.

The room is around 18 m2, is furnished with a single bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and an extra toilet.
The room costs € 595 plus an additional € 65 for utilities per month.

The deposit is € 1320,-

No smoking and no pets allowed

The contract you will receive is for a period of 5 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months at the end of February, August or September within a 2-months notice.
