You will find the most famous shopping street, the "Mariahilferstraße" as well as super nice bars and recreational areas. With its beautiful churches and old buildings, the district is perfectly preserved and invite for long walks or dinners at one of its nice places.
The flat itself is newly renovated (new bath, new kitchen, new everything), very light and has a big and spacious kitchen, where you can kick back with your flatmates and cook together. It is in 300m walking distance to the U3 and U4 stop "Landstraße" which takes you anywhere in the city in only a couple of minutes.
