The immediate surroundings invite you to explore: the Brunnenmarkt with its colorful hustle and bustle, the venerable Ottakringer Brewery, where great events take place regularly, the Manner Chocolate Factory. The green Wilhelminenberg is ideal for outdoor activities and there is a diverse infrastructure in the form of stores and restaurants.
The streetcar stops of lines 9 (Westbahnhof) and 46 (Volkstheater and Ring) are one doorstep and just around the corner. The adjacent Hasnerstraße is considered a „bicycle highway“ (a bicycle can be provided upon request). A temporary membership in a nearby Crossfit Box can also be arranged.
