The furnished room is approximately 26 sqm, very bright and quiet (new REHAU PVC window, triple glazing). The bed is suitable for a couple. There is a wardrobe with sliding doors, a chest of drawers, a shelf, a desk, and 2 chairs.

The apartment is very centrally located, near U4-Pilgramgasse in the 5th district. It is on the 3rd floor, bright and quiet, with an elevator. TU Wien Karlsplatz is 5 minutes away by U4, Naschmarkt Kettenbrückengasse U4 is 1 station away. Bus stops 12A and 14A are right outside the front door. Bus 59A stop is a few minutes' walk away. The famous shopping street Mariahilferstraße can be reached in a few minutes by bus 14A. The S-Bahn station Matzleinsdorfer Platz is a few bus stops away with the 14A.

The Technical University of Vienna is 5 minutes away by U4. Central European University Vienna is 20 minutes away. Vienna University of Economics and Business, University of Vienna, and FH Campus Vienna are reachable in about 25 minutes.

The apartment is located on the shopping street Reinprechtsdorferstraße. Great shopping options are in the immediate vicinity: Spar, Billa, Hofer, Lidl, restaurants, bakery Ströck, cafes, banks (Erste Bank and Bank Austria), etc.

The entire apartment is about 70 sqm, with a central hallway, 2 separately accessible rooms (28 and 18 sqm), a living kitchen (gas stove, sink, upper and lower kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, kitchen table, and chairs) with a small storage room, large bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine, and gas combi boiler). Only the large room faces the street.

The room is suitable for 1-2 people.
For 1 person:

One time administration fee 200€.
For 2 people:
Monthly rent: € 1300 including utilities and internet WLAN.
Security deposit: yes. The amount depends on the length of stay.
One-time administration fee: €200 per person.

If the rental contract is required before moving in, a direct bank transfer of the deposit and the administration fee to the landlord’s account is necessary.
