The studio is located in the well-known "Penzinger Cottage" - one of the most beautiful parts of Vienna.

The apartment building is in an absolute quiet location and is located in a dead end street (accessible via a footpath, no street). It is surrounded by a lot of greenery and only a few minutes walk from the world famous Schönbrunn Palace.

The studio is located on the 4th floor overlooking the garden with a fantastic view to Schönbrunn Park. The studio is located in a quiet area and has a nice and large balcony.

The studio is fully furnished and has wifi and cable/satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishes, and much more.

A laundry room is located in the apartment building.

The residential property has an excellent public connection (Kennedybrücke) where you can find subway (U4-Hietzing), various tram lines (10,49,52,60) and bus lines (51A, 58A, 56B, N54). Furthermore, the train station Wien Penzing is also within walking distance.
