Location:
The apartment is in a perfect location in the 20th district between the U4 Friedensbrücke and the U6 Jägerstraße. It is right on the Danube Canal and very close to the Augarten Park.
House and Room:
All Rooms are FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed + desk + wardrobe ! The two big rooms have also a couch.
Your room will be fully equipped with everything you are going to need from your first night on until the end of your stay (bed with linen, wardrobe with mirror, workspace and a desk with chair).
All rooms are separately accessible. Furnished with all devices (hair dryer, ironing equipment and so on) and all necessary cooking equipment.
Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included.
Community
Both of our CEO's are still under 30 and join most of our community events. You have here an incredible opportunity to live and celebrate together with the CEO's of two Start-Ups in Vienna.
One of them is living in one of the flats in Vienna. He also moves to other rooms of ours sometimes so you can be sure that we provide the same excellent quality in each flat.
It’s perfect if you like to connect with others. So imagine sitting together in the kitchen drinking a glass and connecting with your flatmates. But because of the big flat it’s also good if you do not want to connect always with the others because you never get forced to be social like in smaller flats 😊
Our CEO is living at the moment in Herzgasse with 7 roommates and he enjoys it extremely. Because if he needs to work and wants to have silence, he goes in his room but when he wants to talk and drink an after work beer he always finds someone in the flat who is motivated for it.
It’s also good, because we always take care that the common area is good noise protected from the rooms. Of course, the rooms to each other too.
With all our tenants and also our alumni tenants we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sport events like skiing in the alps and a lot more events. One of our main aims is to build together with you a great open minded international community and provide you a life in Vienna with a lot of friends and social contacts like back in your hometown.
Many of our parties take place in Herzgasse 53, it’s our Penthouse HQ.
