(approx. 25 sqm, 2 single beds, 2 desks, chair, swivel armchair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelf, bedside table)

It is also suitable for a couple.

Shared use of the kitchen (dishwasher is available), bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and WC.
The bathroom and WC are separate.

A living room is available (couch, coffee table, large desk and chairs).

Large beautiful garden (over 1000 square meters, covered seating, barbecue area, lawn, garden furniture) is also available.

Parking is in front of the house on the street.
Internet WLAN is available.

It is located in the 21st district Floridsdorf, very quiet green and good transport links: U1 station Leopoldau and S-Bahn station Leopoldau are nearby on foot about 5 minutes. Bus stop 32A is
3 minutes walk away.
With U1 8 minutes to shopping center Donauzentrum, 11 minutes to UNO-City Kaisermühlen V.I.C. and
IAEA, 12 minutes to Donauinsel, 15 minutes to Praterstern, 18 minutes to Stephansplatz city center, 20 minutes to Karlsplatz (TU Vienna).
