The room is furnished with the following furnishings: bed with duvet and cushions, curtain rod and curtains, bedside lamps, 1 armchair, 1 desk, 1 wardrobe and shelf. The equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and storage room are shared with the flatmates.

LOCATION
The apartment is located on Weisselgasse just a few minutes from Floridsdorf train station. As a result, the apartment is ideally connected to the infrastructure, with all the shopping facilities you could wish for and the accessibility of the subway, tram and S-Bahn in a few minutes. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet because it is on the top floor and Weisselgasse is a one-way street and therefore has little traffic.
Please note:
Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February.
The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process. If you wish to move out earlier a two-months cancellation period applies and the move-out months need to be considered.

To complete the rental agreement, payment of the deposit is required. The deposit must be paid within 5 days after the booking is completed. Afterwards, you will receive the rental contract! The deposit payment will be made through HousingAnywhere's secure payment system.
