The landlord accepts and payment is made

Room description

Nice room in a shared apartment with only girls. A total of three rooms. The room features a bed (80cm) including pillow and duvet, a wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a separate restroom (toilette). The deposit amounts to two months rent . Neither smoking nor pets are permitted.

This room is located in the 21th district in the Weisselgasse. It is in proximity to the U6 train station Floridsdorf.

Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February.
The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process. If you wish to move-out earlier a two-months cancellation period applies and the move-out months need to be considered.

🔔 Please note: To complete the rental agreement, payment of the deposit is required. The deposit must be paid within 5 days after the booking is completed. Afterwards, you will receive the rental contract! The deposit payment will be made through HousingAnywhere's secure payment system.
