On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

The apartment is located in a well-maintained multi-family house with 15 units and has approx. 42 sqm of living space, a balcony, and its own parking space (80,- Euro) directly in front of the building.

The apartment is fully equipped and immediately ready for occupancy.

The furnishing includes high-quality designer furniture, including from Vitra and interlübke, a modern fitted kitchen with hob and oven.

An internet connection is available. Washing machine and dryer are located in the building and can be used for a fee.

Rental Conditions

The apartment is rented fully furnished.

The monthly warm rent (1490,- Euro) consists of net cold rent, heating, utility and internet flat rate.

An annual utility bill is not provided. The ancillary costs are covered by a flat rate; no billing, additional charges, or refunds will occur in this regard.
The broadcasting fee (ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Beitragsservice) and electricity costs must be registered independently by the tenant with the respective providers and settled directly with them.
A car parking space can optionally be rented for an additional €50.00 per month.
