This modern and very well-maintained 2-room apartment is located in a central area of Wiesbaden.
It is situated on the 4th floor of a listed multi-family building and gains significant added value from its location on the top floor, offering additional private attic space – THE HIGHLIGHT! This attic is accessible exclusively through the apartment.
The hallway leads you to the right into the kitchen, which is equipped with a fitted kitchen including built-in appliances and a dining area. Opposite is the cozy living room, which is particularly highlighted by exposed roof beams. The bathroom, newly renovated in 2023 and featuring exposed beams as a special highlight, is equipped with a shower.
There is also a washing machine. The apartment is fully equipped – from a coffee machine and dishes to towels and bed linen. Just arrive with your suitcase!
It’s perfect for a couple but also suitable for a flat share.
Please let me know in advance if you would need a second bed, seond desk and chair. It is perfect for two students.
