Ich vermiete ein ca. 18 m2 großes, komplett möbliertes Zimmer in meiner gepflegten und gemütlich eingerichteten 67-m2-Wohnung in Hochheim am Main. Gesucht wird eine sympathische weibliche Mitbewohnerin – sehr gerne auch eine Studentin. 🎓

Das Zimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet und verfügt unter anderem über einen eigenen Fernseher. Besonders schön ist der Blick aus dem Zimmer ins Grüne und auf den Garten – morgens ein wirklich angenehmer Start in den Tag. 🌳☀️

Gemeinsam genutzt werden Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer und Balkon. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, unter anderem mit Jura-Kaffeevollautomat, LG Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank, Miele-Spülmaschine, Herd und NEFF-Backofen. Geschirr und Töpfe sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Badezimmer steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, außerdem befindet sich ein Trockner im Keller.

Der gemütliche Balkon mit vielen Pflanzen lädt besonders am Abend zum Entspannen ein. 🌿✨🪴🌸🌺

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 450 € inklusive Strom und Internet.

Mir ist ein respektvolles, sauberes und angenehmes Zusammenleben wichtig. Gleichzeitig soll jede von uns ihre Privatsphäre und ihren eigenen Rückzugsraum haben. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Party-WG.

🚭 Rauchen ist im Zimmer und in der gesamten Wohnung nicht gestattet. Auf dem Balkon darf geraucht werden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zwei Bushaltestellen sind in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Ärztezentrum in etwa 5 Minuten. Es bestehen gute Verbindungen Richtung Mainz, Wiesbaden, Hofheim und Frankfurt.

Der Einzug ist nach Zustimmung der Hausverwaltung möglich. Die Zustimmung zur Untervermietung wird für die jeweilige Person erteilt.🌸🪴🌸
