Modern 2 bedroom apartment with balcony in a new building in Wi center near the Hbf (only 100 meters away!) Although it is close to the Hbf, it is a very quiet area. The area is one of the most popular residential areas in Wi, if not THE most popular because of its proximity to the Hbf. Right next to the apartment is the Lili shopping center, with all the usual stores and restaurants for daily needs. The apartment is new and very clean and has an elevator. I will leave all things for daily needs (vacuum cleaner, iron+board, dishes, cutlery, pots+pans, washing machine, etc).
