Urban temporary living/fixed-term rental and furnished living.

Beautiful apartment in Wiesbaden city center, designed by a renowned interior designer and cleverly furnished.
48 sqm are larger than most suites.

Bedroom with new box-spring bed with storage space and a new custom-made wardrobe by the carpenter, reaching up to the 3.10 m high ceiling. Shelf, side table. Chair, velvet curtain for blackout. Floor lamp and old chandelier.

In the living room there is a new perfectly fitting sofa and a chair, as well as an antique Pembroke table that folds out when guests are over for dinner. The kitchen is open and also custom-made by the carpenter. What's missing in terms of kitchen furnishings, we will provide, but dishes and cutlery are there and some gadgets. The tall cabinets go up to the ceiling and thus also offer storage space. Designer shelf and large sideboard with plenty of storage space. Designer lamp.

Fortunately, the hallway is small and handy, but there is still automatic light and a shelf where the Telekom router for the fiber optic connection is now located, and which also offers space for shoes.

On the mezzanine floor to the ground floor there is a chamber that belongs to the apartment and offers space for a washing machine or washer-dryer. The tenant can discuss this with me.
