Well-kept Art Nouveau villa built in 1900 with 8 units in the heart of Wiesbaden. This is a 2nd-floor apartment with 83 sqm. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower curtain and a rainfall shower. The balcony is divided by a glass privacy wall. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. In the bedroom there is a 180x200 cm box spring bed and a large wardrobe. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed (sleeping area about 2.13 x 1.35). Large televisions with Fire TV Stick are in the living room and bedroom. You receive a parcel mailbox that can also accommodate medium-sized packages. The ceiling lamps in the living room are dimmable and the light color (white only) can be adjusted. The apartment features artwork (lending) by Spanish artist Juan Ruiz-Gonzalez, which can be exchanged for another or purchased as a keepsake. There are interconnected smoke detectors installed in the building. The apartment has a large storage space above the hallway, reachable by a ladder. The rooms (except the hallway) are over 3 meters high. If desired, a parking space can be rented for €75. Pets available on request (professional cleaning fee may apply).
