Room description

Safe neighborhood. South Winnipeg near the University of Manitoba. The bus stop is conveniently just outside the door. This is especially appreciated in the winter time. It is a five minute bus ride to the University of Manitoba. 45 minutes to Downtown, University of Winnipeg and Red River College. The kitchen and bathroom are shared . You are required to buy your own food and make all your own meals. Non smoking environment. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. I enjoy guests from many cultures. Thank you for your interest. A security deposit is required. It is 1/2 a months rent.
This main floor room has its own heat control. It is in the back of the house. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Bus stop is next to the house. It is a 10 minute ride to U of M.
