It is fully equipped and cleverly divided: Designer kitchen, lounge, and work area included. The floor is laid with oak parquet. The bed has a width of 1.40 m or 1.60 m and offers a comfortable space - even for two people. You can also enjoy a good book, listen to music or watch TV in your comfortable armchair. From mid-2019 you can also relax in our lounge on the ground floor.
The Apartment Smart is ideal for people who are traveling alone and want a great apartment with an optimum price/performance ratio. And for those who, for example, want to reach the VW plant in no time at all! Also available as +version with a nice terrace. Delicious breakfast is available on request from Mutter Grün, the organic supermarket on the ground floor of the house.
