This modern way of living is ideal as a business apartment, boardinghouse, project apartment or as an alternative for permanent hotel accommodation.

Equipment

All living rooms and bedrooms are furnished in a contemporary style. Large television, a comfortable lounge sofa, high-quality beds and a Nespresso coffee maker provide more living comfort. A washing machine, also dish washer are part of every furnishing. The car parking space is free of charge directly at the house. High-speed Internet access is available via WIFI.

Miscellaneous

All consumption-dependent costs (water, heating, electricity) are either charged additionally at a flat rate or registered with the local utility company. All flats are non-smoking flats, a pet-free household and in a correspondingly good condition. There are no commissions, brokerage or other transaction fees.
