Despite this central location, the loft is tucked away in a quiet, green courtyard, offering a rare sense of calm and privacy in the city center.

The loft’s striking architecture immediately impresses with its 4.5-meter-high ceilings, open gallery, and exceptional sense of space. A private entrance creates the feeling of a “house within a house,” while the private terrace invites you to unwind after work and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Designed and furnished by an established Düsseldorf interior designer, the loft reflects a clear commitment to harmonious architecture, contemporary design, and uncompromising quality. Timeless elegance meets subtle extravagance, resulting in a space that feels both refined and inviting.

On the lower level, with views of the terrace and green courtyard, you will find a dedicated work area, dining space, and a comfortable sleeping area with a generous bed. Smart-home controls by Homematic allow convenient regulation of the heating. The interior is thoughtfully curated with high-quality, partly custom-made furniture from brands such as Vitra, Top Light, Connox, Mawa, Ikarus, and Cubit. A Bose Home Speaker provides rich, room-filling sound. Bed linen, hangers, and high-speed WiFi are, of course, included.

The fully equipped Nolte kitchen features premium Siemens appliances, including a dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, and an oven with integrated microwave and washer-dryer. All essential cookware, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are provided.

For coffee lovers, a Sjöstrand Nespresso machine, along with a SMEG kettle and toaster, is at your disposal. A storage cupboard includes a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, laundry basket, and drying rack.
