Hello. I live with my little boy in a cute Victorian end of terrace house in a quiet cul de sac near the river in York. The centre is a 0.8km leafy stroll away and the railway station is even nearer.
The room has a desk, wardrobe and drawers. It has a large, luxurious bathroom for guests’ sole use one floor down. I now have a second, smaller bedroom on homestay. When this is rented this would mean sharing the bathroom with one other guest.
There’s free on street parking and a cute front garden. There’s also a sweet walled back garden with outdoor sofas and a barbecue.
Riley and I are really easy going. I’m a screenwriter and cinephile. For many years I taught and lectured in English, and screenwriting.
I’m used to welcoming people from all over the world and know all the best places to eat, drink and visit.
I’m also a member of a tennis club half a mile away and have spare racquets if you fancy a knockabout?
