Welcome! My name is Nikola Jerković , and I am your host, offering comfortable and secure apartment in the heart of the city, ideal for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Our apartment is designed for those who value peace and privacy, which is why we adhere to strict house rules. The building is under constant video surveillance to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests.

Please make sure to register all guests who will be staying in the apartments. Unregistered individuals will not be allowed entry, and any unregistered arrivals will be documented, with additional charges applied for their stay. For unregistered guests who stay longer than four hours, an additional day-use charge of €5 will apply. For those who stay overnight, an extra charge of €12 will be applied.

You can feel secure and relaxed in my apartment, knowing that every aspect of your stay is organized with your safety and comfort in mind. I look forward to welcoming you and hope that our apartment will be the perfect place for your time in the city!

Apartment is located in the heart of Zagreb, close to public transport, resotrants, coffee shops, stores etc.
