Your room is fully private, but you'll share a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with the other guests in the house. The common areas double as a great coworking spot with fast WiFi throughout and a coffee machine always on standby. A nice setup if you work remotely and want a proper place to sit down with a laptop without paying city-centre prices.
There's a local restaurant nearby serving proper home-cooked lunch deals, the kind of place where locals eat, not tourists.
Bundek Lake is a short walk away, great for a morning run or an evening stroll. Avenue Mall is a quick bus ride - bus 295 from the street outside, then tram 7 or 14 from Zapruđe. The city centre is easy to reach without a car, and free parking is right outside if you do have one.
Good base if you want to avoid the noise of the centre but still get around without any hassle.
