Spacious, bright and comfortable room, composed of a bed, a big wardrobe, big bookshelf, a desk and chair.
The room is situated in an apartment on the second floor with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (only one bathroom has a shower), a totally equipped kitchen, and a balcony.
The apartment will be shared with 4 to 5 other roommates. The apartment includes a washing machine that is shared with the tenant of the attic (connected to the apartment).
The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating are included. Air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave.
Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment.
Periodic sanitization: periodically the common areas and on request, the rooms of each tenant will be sanitized with ozone technology. This treatment cleans, disinfects and deodorizes the environment, eliminates the microorganisms, bacteria, mold and viruses, and restores an unpolluted environment. The technology is particularly appropriated for people who suffer from respiratory allergies.
Detailed description of the payments:
-Upon booking: One month rent that includes high-speed fiber optic internet connection (Wi-Fi) and utilities (water, electricity, gas, taxes, periodic cleaning, heating, condo expenses...).
-Upon arrival: A refundable deposit, to be returned at departure (adjusted for any potential damages), along with an administrative fee (a one-time charge for the contract's duration, covering insurance, emergency assistance, contract registration costs, condominium, waste tax, and consultations as needed).
-During the stay: Every month, the rent is due within the first 5 days of the month.
