What you'll need

Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

We enjoy meeting people from all around the globe and sharing good times with them. We are a women with an 13 year old boy so people are specially wellcome with whom to share activities: Bike - Hiking, Go to the Beach, Cook a Paella :-).

We offer guest house with two bedroom, living room with fireplace, bathroom and kitchen, or a bedroom in our house. The house is located in Alicante, in a very quiet area, with a bike path to access the beaches and close to the tram to get to the city center.

If you decide the guest house you can live completely independently, but with the possibility of sharing good times with us. If you decide the bedroom in our house you can share everything with us. It will always depend on the likes.
