cozy ground-floor apartment offers a warm and welcoming space just minutes from the city center. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality, it features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa and a balcony —perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals at home, and a charming small patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

The building consists of three floors and offers a total of 11 private apartments, designed for comfortable and practical stays.

There are 3 apartments on the ground floor and 4 apartments on each of the upper floors. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. To reach the first floor there are approximately 30 steps, and from there about 12 additional steps between each upper floor.

Guests also have access to two shared common areas within the building.

One of them is a small gym room, located on the top level, available for guests who would like to stay active during their stay.

The second is a large rooftop terrace, one of the highlights of the building. This open rooftop space offers a relaxed environment where guests can unwind and enjoy the atmosphere of Athens. Half of the rooftop is sheltered, providing shade and protection from the sun during the warm hours of the day, while the other half remains open to the sky, allowing guests to fully enjoy the daylight and the beautiful Athenian evenings.

The rooftop includes tables and chairs, making it an ideal place to have a coffee, enjoy a drink, relax, or spend some time outdoors while taking in the Athenian skyline.
