What you'll need

Complete your booking on Nostus
On Nostus you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:
- ID card or passport
- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

A bedroom only 15 minutes walking to the Acropolis or Plaka! This apartment boasts a prime location, just a 15-minute walk to either the Acropolis or Plaka. Additionally, it is only an 8-minute walk from the Syngrou-Fix metro stop, and a 10-minute walk from Panteio University. The building can be accessed via an elevator. Inside the apartment, there are 2 private bedrooms. The private bedrooms has a double bed and air condition. In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small living room , a kitchen equipped with stove, oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps. Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00. A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
