What you'll need

On Nostus you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

This 120-square-meter apartment is located on the 4th floor and has an elevator. The apartment was fully renovated and furnished in 2021, and it has 3 bedrooms, each about 20-25 square meters. The apartment is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Victoria metro stop, A.E.U.B University of Athens, and the Archaeological Museum. Additionally, shops, restaurants, and a supermarket are all located just around the corner. Each private bedroom has a double bed, a desk for study or work, a lamp, a closet, a mirror, and a small balcony. The bedrooms also have their own lock on the door, and each room has air conditioning (for cooling or heating) In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small hall , a living room, a WC, a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps. A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number) Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00
