What you'll need

The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The apartment is a studio designed with a layout similar to a one-bedroom apartment. The sleeping area is separated by a wooden slatted divider, without a door, creating a more distinct space while still maintaining the open-plan studio concept.

Located in a quiet and well-connected area of Aveiro, the property is within easy reach of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, and other everyday essentials.

The area is also well served by public transportation and provides convenient access to the university, making it an excellent option for students, young professionals, or remote workers.

Please Note:
- Our apartments do not have a physical reception; all communication is handled online or by phone. Check-in is fully self-service and can be completed using your mobile phone.
- Cleaning services are not included.
- If needed, we can provide an extra set of bed linen and towels so tenants can change and wash them themselves.
- There is a gym conveniently located nearby.
- Public parking is available nearby, and there is also the possibility of a private garage, subject to availability.
- Utilities are included up to a limit of €100.
