The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

6-bedrooms apartment and each room have the capacity for 1 person.

The accommodation (200 m2) is equipped with the following items: lift, iron, internet, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold), air conditioning throughout the house, 1 TV.
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
