The landlord accepts and payment is made

Cozy and comfortable bedroom located in a shared apartment on the third floor without elevator.
The room has a bed, night-table, wardrobe, desk, chair, air conditioning and a little balcony to enjoy some fresh air.
The bedroom is in an apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms in total, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

*BEDDING ON REQUEST

Rental Conditions:
• Security Deposit € 700,00, to be paid once and that will be given back 60 days after the check-out;
• Administrative Fee € 450,00, to be paid it once that includes the following services:
- Registration cost for the lease’s registration at the “Agenzia delle Entrate”
- Documentation required to validate the contract
- Waste tax
- Weekly cleaning of common areas
- Final cleaning of the room
- Assistance in providing further information in case of maintenance
- WiFi
• Monthy Rent (to be paid it enter the 5th of every month) is different according to the period:
- From October to June € 600,00 per month;
- From July to September € 700,00 per month;
• Cleaning Products € 5,00 (to be paid within the 5th of every month);
• Stamp € 2,00 (to be paid within the 5th of every month);
• Utilities (water, electricity, gas) not included in the rent and that are on consumption (to be paid within the 5th of every month).

NO HIDDEN COST!
