Welcome to the warm and cozy studio apartment located on Bregalnicka Street at Vracar. A bright and personalized 27 m2 apartment will give you a feeling of intimacy and a pleasant atmosphere like at home. It stands out for the possibility of staying for a long time, thanks to all the accompanying elements available. Double bed, comfortable sofa, American wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen and clean bathroom.
The entrance of the building is always locked for yours safety.

The apartment is located 22 km from the airport, 4 minutes walk from the Crveni krst, 2 minutes walk from Boulevard Kralja Aleksandra (one of the most beautiful and longest streets), 7 minutes walk from the Beogradsko dramsko Theater, 14 minutes walk from the Temple of St. Sava and Slavija. It is also very well connected by public transport. 50 meters from the apartment there is a small park.

On your request you will get in the short term any kind of asking support (info about public transport airport to the studio or trough the town, about local event ,food restorant, night life, relax time.... )

We can organize transport from Airport Nikola Tesla to apartment (35 eur charge).

Free parking in all parking zones on working days from 21h to 07h, and on Saturdays from 15h to Mondays 07h.

One day before your check in, I will share all necessary information ,regarding details for adress, paswords for Key box and WIFI , also additional information in line with your request

You can make the reservation the same day of your check in, there is no preparation period (just please check availability in my calendar :)

There is possibility of late check in (no limit) and delay in check out (up to 12 o'clock ).

The street is not noisy, it is safe and you have a feeling of tightness .

Excellent organized public transport provide perfect conection between the apartment and other parts of the city(by bus,by tram - 2 min walk from Maya's home to the stations).
