Spacious and bright 75 m² duplex apartment located in a modern residential building in Dorćol, one of Belgrade’s most charming and central neighborhoods.
The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready. On the lower level, there is a comfortable living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, and utensils. A guest toilet and a small storage room are also on this level.
Upstairs are two bedrooms — one with a double bed, the other with two single beds — and a bathroom with a shower. Each room has air conditioning.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and all utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet, building maintenance) are included in the rent.
Supermarket and gym are located in the building. The building has an elevator and is within walking distance to Kalemegdan Park, Skadarlija, and the city center. Cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport are all nearby.
