The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Apartment description

This modern one bedroom apartment, located on the 4th floor, is renovated and furnished.
The apartment will accommodate 2 in total, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the room. It is fully furnished with a new TV, fully equipped kitchen for entertaining and an inviting dining area. We will provide everything you need like linens, towels and shower amenities.

The apartment is located in the sought after area of Berlin – the Charlottenburg district, on the Spree River.
This area is also perfect for students as it only a few minute walk to 2 major universities- the TU University and the Universität der Künste.
It is with walking distance to the amazing Tiergarten Park which is considered to be the central park of Berlin and is great for relaxing and outdoor activities.

Please note:
- The first month's rent will be completed through HousingAnywhere. Also, the deposit and fee need to be paid through HousingAnywhere payments and should be completed not later than 2 days before moving in.
