What you'll need

Complete your booking on Wunderflats
On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Charming apartment in the center of West Berlin

The beautiful apartment is located right in the western center of Berlin next to the large department store KaDeWe and a 4-minute walk from the Berlin Zoo or the chic shopping street Kürfürstendamm. 2 underground stations are within walking distance (2 minutes: Wittenbergplatz and Augsburger Straße). Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping street. Fitness center, sightseeing buses, everything within walking distance. Public car park in the same building at your own expense.
Bicycle storage room in the building free of charge.

Everything you need is available in the apartment: washing machine, towels, iron, second blanket, TV, radio, CD player, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, first survival kit with muesli, coffee, pasta, high-speed internet, bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) etc.
And it has a beautiful winter garden overlooking the large KaDeWe department store.

Please note that the windows cannot be completely covered at night, which means that it also gets brighter in the apartment at sunrise. Shouldn't be a problem in winter :)))
