Cozy studio for 1-2 people available for a short stay while I'm away on holiday. Has everything you need despite its compact size in addition to access to the communal rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the city as well as a shared garden. The flat is on the 5th floor and the floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the courtyard so it's quite quiet during the day. A daycare and brewery are on the ground floor but all noise stops at 22h. All of my things are available for you to use and the flat is fully furnished with a double bed, couch, desk, kitchenette with a mini-oven and all necessary small appliances. You're welcome to use my keyboard and browse/read from my well-stocked library of books. There's no washing machine in the flat but the building has a shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
The flat is located in the lovely Sprengelkiez with everything you need and plenty of adorable bars, restaurants and cafes close by. Both Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) and Wedding (U6, Ringbahn) subway stations are about a 5 minute walk away. The canal and Nordhafen harbour are also just a few minutes away.

Ein gemütliches Studio-Apartment für 1–2 Personen steht für einen Kurzaufenthalt zur Verfügung, während ich im Urlaub bin. Trotz seiner kompakten Größe bietet es alles, was man braucht – inklusive Zugang zur gemeinschaftlichen Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die Stadt sowie zu einem Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock; die bodentiefen Fenster blicken auf den Innenhof, sodass es tagsüber recht ruhig ist. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Kindertagesstätte und eine Brauerei, doch jeglicher Lärm endet um 22 Uhr. All meine persönlichen Gegenstände stehen Ihnen zur Nutzung offen; die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, ein Sofa, einen Schreibtisch sowie eine Küchenzeile mit Minibackofen und allen notwendigen Kleingeräten. Gerne dürfen Sie mein Keyboard nutzen und in meiner gut bestückten Bibliothek stöbern und lesen. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es keine Waschmaschine, jedoch verfügt das Gebäude über einen gemeinschaftlichen Waschraum mit münzbetriebenen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern.
Die Wohnung liegt im charmanten Sprengelkiez, wo Sie alles für den täglichen Bedarf finden und zahlreiche reizende Bars, Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen. Die U-Bahnhöfe Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) und Wedding (U6, Ringbahn) sind jeweils nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der Kanal und der Nordhafen sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
