If a balcony is essential for you, we also offer another equally cozy room with a balcony, which can be rented for a higher price per month than this specific room. Both rooms are tastefully furnished and fully equipped, ready for you to move in immediately. The furniture has been carefully selected to create a harmonious and comfortable living environment.

Also, there is a small storage box in the basement of the house, which the 2 tenants of this apartment share. It goes with the apartment and is included in the rent.

In case you have a car, you can rent a car parking space for 80€ / month. This would be outside. Additionally, you could rent a small garage, where a car fits perfectly well into. In this case, we ask for 120€ / month.
