What you'll need

The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

We offer private rooms in fully furnished shared apartments – ideal for anyone who wants to feel at home in the city, whether you're a student, trainee, young professional, digital nomad, or simply relocating to Berlin.
The room is suitable for up to two persons. It also has a private bathroom exclusively assigned to it. The bathroom is not directly located next to the room: access requires going downstairs. However, it is strictly reserved for the tenants of Room 3 and is not shared with any other residents of the apartment. The other rooms in the flat are also suitable for couples, therefore you can have up to 4 flatmates (5 if you book the room with another person).
Additionally, tenants have access to the following shared areas:
• A large, fully equipped kitchen
• A shared terrace
The common areas are shared jointly with the other residents of the apartment.
