Very large room of 22m² fully furnished, lit in second day. It has a double bed (140x190) accompanied by a bedside table with lamp and a large mirror at the head of the bed. A work area is included, composed of a desk with chair and lamp. The room also has storage space: a wardrobe with hanging space and a shelf. Located in the Saint-Genes district, this 163m² house benefits from an ideal location, close to the University of Bordeaux (Campus Carreire) and near all amenities. The apartment is composed of 6 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a garden. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished. The whole is arranged and decorated with care. The kitchen is equipped with new and quality appliances. It contains a refrigerator, cooking plates, hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A space with a table and chairs is available as well as various storages. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and storage space. All the necessary cleaning equipment (broom, mop, vacuum cleaner) is available in the house as well as a washing machine. The rent for the room includes a provision for charges: electricity, water, heating, internet and home insurance. The accommodation is eligible for APL (individual lease).
