It is on the ground floor with a private entrance, it has a small beautiful garden in the front yard and a small terrace in the backyard. Located in the neighborhood of S. Victor in the city of Braga, is a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre.
All kinds of essential commercial services, such as restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, etc. are easily accessible on foot.
It is a ten-minute walk from a municipal sports complex, which includes public swimming pools and tennis courts, and a fifteen-minute walk from gyms with all kinds of wellness activities.
