HOME FEATURES
This house is perfect if you wish to rent the whole house or just one room.
It has 4 spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds, large windows, wooden flooring for extra comfort, side tables, and full-size wardrobes. Each room is equipped with a desk and chair with multiple outlets to plug in your computer and other devices. One of the bedrooms has a walkout to a balcony where you can enjoy that great cup of coffee while watching the incredible sunrises. All the rooms are on the same floor, making it ideal for people with limited mobility.
You will enjoy the luxury of two full bathrooms with showers (His and Hers) fully stocked with towels and toiletries. One of the bathrooms has a full-size tub for those who like to indulge in a relaxing bath.
The kitchen is large and bright, well equipped with utensils and all the necessary pots, pans, and dishes to cook up those great meals.
The living room offers a place where you can relax and be entertained by a 65”-inch TV with access to various channels, including "Netflix". The dining room has a full-size table and chairs, perfect for enjoying family dinners or gatherings with friends.
When it comes to doing laundry, you will have access to two in-house machines that will make the task a breeze.
LOWER LEVEL OF THE HOUSE
Guests have the privilege of using the lower-level area to relax in the lounging area with family or friends and watch a movie on a 43”-inch TV. There is also a ping pong table and snooker table that you can use if you are in the mood for a fun indoor activity. Want to plan a barbecue? The lower level has a large bay door that allows for a walkout to the barbeque area.
