Apartment description

The flat is located close to the Hrnčířská tram stop, approximately 5 minutes to the city centre by tram or a 15-minute walk.

It has two independent bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and a separate toilet and bathroom. The total size of the flat is 57 m². The flat is situated in a quiet part of Chaloupeckého náměstí 2, close to a supermarket and the tram stop. There is a playground directly in front of the building.

Walking distances:

Faculty of Informatics – 2 minutes

Law Faculty – 12 minutes

Veterinary Faculty – 10 minutes

The flat can be rented as a whole or by individual rooms, depending on availability. Separate advertisements are published for the whole flat and for individual rooms, with prices set accordingly.

All windows face an inner courtyard, making the flat very quiet with no street noise. The flat has been freshly painted.

The kitchen is older but well-maintained; it may show minor cosmetic wear, but everything is fully functional.

Equipment:
The current tenant is moving out at the end of January, and the flat can be refurnished if needed. The rooms are currently empty; the photos are for reference only. Basic furniture (bed, mattress, desk, chair) can be arranged by agreement/based on your needs. The hallway includes two wardrobes.

Kitchen equipment:
Microwave, kettle, and basic kitchen equipment are available.
